Our Approach

We believe therapy is a collaborative journey, not a prescription. Together, we explore what’s happening in your life, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and find ways to help you feel more grounded, understood, and empowered.
 
Sessions are warm, attentive, and tailored to your needs. Some days we focus on practical strategies for anxiety or burnout. Other days, we pause to reflect on grief, relationship challenges, or self-critical thoughts. You set the pace, and your therapist will meet you there — holding space for your experiences while gently guiding growth and insight.
